What this website collects, and why. This page covers latchworksystems.com only; Carrel has its own data practices, described in its documentation and your agreement with us.

Visiting the site
We count visits so we know which pages are useful and how people find us. We use PostHog for this, hosted in the United States, set up so that:
- No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device for analytics. Each page view is counted on its own, so we can’t follow you from one visit to the next.
- Your IP address isn’t kept. It’s used only to work out your rough location, such as the state or country, and then discarded.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. If your browser sends either, no analytics are collected at all.
- Session recording is off. We don’t record what you type or how you move around a page.
What we see is the page, where you came from (for example a search engine or a link in an email), your browser type and your rough location.
Contacting us
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization and message by email, so we can reply. We also record that you got in touch, with your name, email and organization (but not your message), in our analytics, so we can see which pages you looked at in that visit. Messages are delivered by Resend and kept in our Google Workspace email.
We don’t sell or share your information, and we only use it to reply to you and talk about our products. To have it deleted, email legal@latchworksystems.com.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-term logs, including IP addresses, to protect the site from abuse.
